Fast delivery

At Berdita, we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you’ve ordered is out-of-stock, we will notify you within 2 working days and inform you of the likely delay. All our orders are sent by first class post (or Special Delivery) to ensure the speediest delivery to your door.

Convenient packaging

We are able to package most small orders in a convenient packaging designed to fit through most letter boxes. This means that you shouldn't need to sign for it, or be present to receive your order. Larger orders will be packed in boxes that may not fit through a standard letter box.

Delivery within the UK

We are able to send our items via Royal Mail - this makes it more convenient for you, and usually takes 1-2 days. This cost of postage and packing of £2.25. Special Delivery is available at a cost of £5.50 but please note that this will require a signature on arrival.

Delivery outside the UK

For your security we only send items by International Signed For. Delivery to Europe costs £5.50 and usually takes 3-5 days. Delivery to the Rest of the World is £7.50 and usually takes 5-10 days. All other costs including local import or customs charges and insurance are to be covered by the customer.

VAT

All prices on this site include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Ordering by phone

Although we do everything possible to ensure our internet payments are safe, we are happy to take orders by phone. Feel free to contact us on 01379 388600 during office hours (09.00 – 17.00).

Order confirmation

You will be notified on screen of confirmation of your order. Should you need to be contacted, we will keep you updated via email.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days of receipt of the goods we can offer to exchange or refund your unworn items (with all original packaging) – just contact us via email or telephone and we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed. You will be refunded the same way you paid for your order, but please understand it will take up to 14 days for your account to be credited except for the cost of return postage. Please note that all non-faulty items need to be in the original packaging, with all tags attached, unworn, and suitable for resale.
